The Knowsley Estate is a sporting estate which actively supports and manages the woodlands and countryside in line with best practice guidelines.
Its woodlands are managed by an ‘in-house’ team who ensure that the woodlands continue to grow and thrive on the Estate. Against this backdrop the estate offers opportunities for countryside sports including fishing and shooting.
We offer quality-driven pheasant shooting and partridge shooting for up to 8-10 guns over 2,000 acres of traditional parkland. Shoots take place in October, November, December and January, with days from 200 to 300 birds.
The parkland offers a range of drives from mixed management woodlands to strategically sited game crops, providing the guns with a varied and satisfying days sport. We can offer a day shoot, with the guns arriving in the morning, or alternatively, guests can opt for a residential shoot, where the guns arrive the evening prior to the days shooting. Our residential pheasant shooting near Liverpool includes an overnight stay, 3 course dinner, champagne reception, full English breakfast on the morning of your shoot and much more.
If you would like more information on the sporting opportunities on the Knowsley Estate, please contact the Estate Office on 0151 489 4437.
