Crag Hall
This impressive country house sits above the picturesque village of Wildboarclough, with breath-taking views of the Peak District National Park.
Built in 1815 and furnished in a traditional country house style, Crag Hall is the private country home of The Earl and Countess of Derby. Until recently this Crag Hall was used by only close friends and family but now has become available as by exclusive appointment.
The 11 bedroom property sleeps up to 20 guests. It is ideally suited to extended groups of friends and family coming together. For those really wanting to mark an occasion, there is the option of having a Chef cook for the group throughout your stay or for a special evening of fine dining.
Set within beautiful garden of up to 5 acres, the Hall overlooks the magnificent Shuttlingslow Hill and surrounding farmland.

The Bothy
The Bothy is a spacious, stone terrace cottage resting amidst the undulating countryside of the Peak District National Park.

The layout also boasts a wonderful, fully appointed kitchen with a stunning range cooker and pleasant cream-coloured units. Take your pick of homely spots to relax at The Bothy, a smaller sitting room is perfect for watching a favourite film away from the group, while the more spacious sitting room, set with an enticing woodburning stove, is just perfect for some quality time with your loved ones.
Appreciate the idyllic surroundings of The Bothy from the wonderful patio area, enjoying far-reaching views of the glorious Peak District. Head west, out of the National Park to find the stunning Cheshire market town of Macclesfield, abounding in fine pubs, eateries and things to do to make your visit a memorable one.
Alternatively, delve into the wonders of the Peak District, where as well as scenic walking and cycling paths, you will find superb spots such as the striking spa town of Buxton with its sublime architecture.
