As part of Liverpool’s 2008 Capital of Culture celebrations, Knowsley Hall is opening its doors to the public during August. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover more about The People Behind The Portraits, as the stories behind some of Lord and Lady Derby’s favourite portraits, normally housed in their private residences, will be explored in a special exhibition.
